His extensive portfolio encompasses the oversight of projects spanning various sectors, typologies, and scales. Noteworthy among these is the Park East New Build Estate Regeneration—a transformative initiative involving 320 new homes at Arthur Street in Erith, celebrated for its delivery of exemplary affordable housing. Presently, Derrick spearheads the design team on multiple projects, including SHDF and privately funded low-carbon retrofit initiatives.
