Wellington Close is located in central Walton-on-Thames, close to the recently redeveloped town centre. The site is situated along Hepworth Way and Bridge Street, and the blocks sit upon a spacious and well landscaped 0.19-hectare site.

The property was constructed in 1964/5 and comprises 3 no. 10-storey blocks with adjacent 2-storey spur blocks which extend from the base of each tower. The blocks are well-spaced within the site and provide parking within the under croft of each building. The tower blocks provide 4 no. flats per floor arranged symmetrically around a central lift and stair core, whilst the spur blocks provide 8 no. flats arranged over two storeys: the entire development comprises 132 properties, all of which are individually owned by leaseholders.
