Qualified as both an architect and interior designer, Yvonne has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. She has worked on a variety of new build and refurbishment projects from inception to completion across a range of sectors including education, science, offices, healthcare and residential. Yvonne has an excellent knowledge and understanding of BREEAM and sustainability requirements, demonstrated in her role as project architect for Scotland’s first BREEAM “Outstanding” building as well as being the first BREEAM Outstanding Laboratory building in the UK. Currently, Yvonne is working on the delivery of new build housing developments for clients including the Scottish Borders Housing Association And Caledonian Housing Association.
