BArch(Hons), DipArch, MArch, ARB, CEPHD

Chloe is a qualified Architect and certified Passivhaus Designer with experience across a range of residential, education and community-led projects. She has a particular interest in low-energy design, sustainable materials and placemaking that supports healthier and more inclusive communities.

A graduate of the Glasgow School of Art, Chloe has furthered her specialism in sustainable and conservation-led design through the Historic Environment Scotland Summer School and the Global Trends and Sustainable Cities programme in The Hague. She brings a collaborative and thoughtful approach to projects, from early engagement and concept development through to technical design and delivery on site. In 2023, she was recognised as the recipient of the BEchangemaker award at the BE-ST (Built Environment – Smarter Transformation), Accelerate to Zero Awards, an award which celebrates young professionals making a meaningful contribution to addressing the challenges of decarbonising the built environment.

Chloe works confidently across all project stages, producing clear and high-quality design information, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and engaging closely with clients, stakeholders and statutory authorities to help deliver architecture that is both responsive and enduring.
