Drymen Passivhaus up for TWO Inside Housing Awards

We are delighted that our Drymen Passivhaus project for Hanover (Scotland) Housing Association Ltd has been shortlisted for the Inside Housing 2023 Development Awards in two categories. These are:
• Best Affordable Housing Development – Scotland
• Best Healthy Homes Development category
The 15 new build homes on Conic Way and Montrose Way are Certified to the Passivhaus Standard and feature optimal solar orientation, thermal comfort, excellent indoor air quality, and wildflower meadow grass for increased biodiversity.
The Inside Housing Development Awards celebrate developments, and recognise housing teams, which have had a positive impact in communities across the UK over the past year.
