Tessa Lynch
Architectural Assistant
BAS, MArch (Prof)
Tessa Lynch is an Architectural Assistant from New Zealand. Since completing her studies at Victoria University of Wellington in 2019, Tessa worked in a small Auckland practice specialising in education architecture. Being part of a small team enabled experience to be gained across all project stages.
Tessa has a strong interest in supporting wellbeing within the built environment which she explored during her university studies, specifically through the design of university spaces. A multi-disciplinary process was followed by developing design strategies from research, workshops with students and implementing and observing a pop-up lounge space in the architecture campus atrium.
Tessa is excited by ECD’s commitment to designing sustainably, creating a positive impact on the wellbeing of our environment and people, and is motivated to keep learning from ECD.
