Melissa Green

Melissa completed her Master’s Degree in Architecture with Urban Planning at the University of Dundee in 2021. During her final years of study, Melissa focussed on the impacts of neighbourhood and residential design in fostering and building sustainable communities. Her efforts were notably recognised by her university after being shortlisted for the Dundee Civic Trust award for both 2020 and 2021.

In addition to her degree, Melissa undertook a studio entitled ‘Sustainability in Contemporary Cities’, primarily focussing on city-scale solutions and ideas to create a greener and more energy efficient future. This growing knowledge and interest in sustainable design is what has brought Melissa to ECD.

As an architectural assistant, Melissa is involved in the day-to-day aspects of ECD, including the development of design proposals, project feasibility designs, planning submissions, attending design team and client meetings and general 3D modelling and graphic work.
