Maria is a qualified architect and a Certified Passive House Designer with over 20 years of experience in all stages of the design process. Over the years Maria has gained a wealth of knowledge and has developed an expertise particularly on the Higher Education sector delivering complex projects ranging from refurbishment schemes to multi million pound new build projects.

Maria provides design leadership across all design stages and embraces collaboration. She works with clients and consultants alike to deliver sustainable projects within the constraints imposed by tight budgets and programmes achieving a high level of client satisfaction. She is sensitive to client’s individual procedures and protocols and understands the complexities of working with large organisations.
