Manuel Filippi Farmar

Manuel studied Architecture at university level in Venice, Italy, and in Valencia, Spain. He specialised in construction techniques and he subsequently widen his skill set in project management and BIM processes. Manuel has 10 years of professional experience in all stages of the design process; mainly in residential, affordable and private sell and mixed-use sectors. As an Architect, Manuel works directly with clients in order to prepare feasibility studies and options appraisals, concept and detailed design, planning applications and tender documentation. He has been running projects in London for three years, including many new-build residential and mixed-use schemes in central London with an affordable component. Manuel has a keen interest in sustainability, evidence-based design and on how buildings can improve the health and well-being of their occupants.
