Francisco Cerezuela

Fran is an architectural technologist and certified Passivhaus Designer with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, having focused exclusively on Passivhaus buildings for the last ten years.

As a Passivhaus Consultant at ECD Architects, he is responsible for the Passivhaus analysis and coordination with other consultants to ensure our projects are on track for certification.

Fran achieved accreditation as a PHPP Expert in 2021 and as a Construction Verifier by the Passivhaus Institute in 2022.
