Davide Argentieri

Davide is a qualified architect and a certified passive house designer with over 10 years experience across a variety of sectors. He has extensive experience within large scale complex projects, refurbishment and retrofit of listed buildings.
At ECD Davide is pursuing his interest in passive house design, net zero and low energy retrofit. He’s been involved in the Ross Street and Coldhams scheme, which was a Net Zero retrofit pilot project for 45 houses and 4 flats for the Cambridge city council which aimed to provide warmer homes for tenants, address issues of condensation and mould, reduce operational energy use and develop a methodology to be used for other dwellings.
