Carlotta is a registered architect with over 8 years’ experience, working across all RIBA stages with a focus on the residential sector. Prior to ECD she worked as a Senior Architect delivering key projects for Local Authority clients including Southwark and Hackney, delivering infill sites of 3 houses, through to larger scale estate regeneration projects of 110 units. Carlotta has extensive experience leading consultation events, leading design coordination with consultants and working closely with the client and stakeholders to deliver their requirements. She has also had recent experience working with a contractor to deliver a mixed tenure scheme of 110 units on site.
On top of her day-to-day project work, Carlotta enjoys engaging in wider discussions taking part within the industry, and has presented emerging ideas at an Urban Design London Event entitled ‘Future Living: Housing Typology Trends’, presented at the NLA ‘Public Housing Heroes’ PechaKucha and at their ‘Working Together: Collaborative Regeneration’ event.
At ECD , Carlotta is continuing her work with local authority clients working in the earlier design stages for estate infill and masterplan schemes, delivering schemes that put the local community at the heart, prioritising design quality, regulatory compliance and sustainability.
