Alice Hiley

Alice is a registered Architect with 8 years of experience in practice. She completed her Master of Architecture at the Welsh School of Architecture in 2016 after winning the Wyn Thomas prize and being nominated for the RIBA Presidents Medal. Prior to ECD, she led the delivery of two residential projects totalling 180 units, offering consultant and on-site support, whilst coordinating delivery packages through construction. Further to this, Alice has worked on high profile world heritage sites, working with the client to develop a brief and program strategy within the arts, culture and education sectors.

At ECD, Alice largely works with local authorities leading the pre-contract delivery of infill sites, masterplan schemes and the retrofitting of existing stock assets. She has driven ECD’s core value for sustainable design through her work on affordable housing and strives to build robust working relationships within multi-dis teams alongside our sister company Keegans.
