Alex Heffron

Alex qualified in Ireland at University College Dublin in 2002, she has almost 20 years experience across a range of sectors, predominantly Residential design and construction in the UK and Ireland. She has also worked on Commercial, Transport and Leisure new build and refurbishment projects. Alex hopes to advance her knowledge of Passivhaus and Sustainable design application to these sectors at ECD.

Alex has experience working in all RIBA Stages and has had significant involvement in Technical Design and Construction with BIM, including BIM Level 2, more recently. She has been working extensively with multidisciplinary teams, managing projects on a day-to-day level, putting together stage reports including Design & Access Statements, attending construction and design meetings, dealing with on-site queries and progressing the design.
