Drymen named Scottish Home Award Finalist!

ECD Architects are delighted to announce our Drymen Passivhaus project has been shortlisted for the Scottish Home Awards 2023!

The Scottish Homes Awards are an Independent awards programme, aiming to recognise excellence in the housebuilding industry across Scotland.

Our project falls under the Affordable Housing Category.

Valued at £2.6 Million, our project aimed to replace existing prefabricated houses with affordable, up to Passivhaus standard homes. The buildings are high quality, sustainable, energy efficient and very comfy.
