James Riley Point shortlisted for NLA Awards

We are pleased to announce that our James Riley Point refurbishment project has been shortlisted for the New London Architecture 2023 awards in the Retrofit category.
The NLA Awards celebrate projects of varying scales across London. Shortlisted schemes are built and unbuilt, with their common thread being a sustainable, well-designed and considered approach.
Our designs for the refurbishment of James Riley Point work with the PMA designed new build community and sports facilities proposed for the tower’s base. We have reconfigured the building’s interior and external amenity spaces to meet housing policy, retained the embodied carbon of the existing structure, and brought its 136 homes up to the Passivhaus EnerPHit Standard.
