ECD Passivhaus School Project Shortlisted for Offsite Award

We are so thrilled to announce our Thornhill Primary School Passivhaus project has been shortlisted for the Offsite Awards for the Building Performance Pioneer Category!
There are 25 categories that cover every aspect of the industry from hybrid and modular technology to engineering and installation, ensuring that all aspects of the offsite building process is celebrated – recognising the design and technology that makes these inspiring projects possible.
The event will be the 8th Offsite Awards, taking place at the Coventry Building Society Arena in Coventry on 20 September.
The project was the expansion of Thornhill Primary from a 1-form entry school to a 3-form entry school with a new building designed to the Passivhaus Standard and refurbishment/remodelling works to the existing building to enable both new and old to be holistically brought together.
