ECD Architects’ Head of Sustainability Loreana Padron and Jon Abbott from ECD sister company Keegans will be on the London Build 2021 Fabric First panel:

Loreana Padron is an Architect (ARB, RIBA) with a Master’s degree in Sustainable Architecture and extensive experience in the residential, commercial and education sectors, both for new build and refurbishment projects. Loreana is an Associate Director and Head of Sustainability at ECD Architects as well as a Certified Passivhaus Designer (CEPHD). She has specialised in the deep retrofit of buildings following a fabric first approach, in order to reduce energy demand and to provide comfortable and healthy environments.
Jon is an Associate Building Surveyor, qualified Retrofit Coordinator with TrustMark and Fire Risk Assessor. Keegans is an established, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy specialising in the delivery of project management, cost consultancy, building surveying and principal designer services to all areas of the construction and property industry. Together ECD Architects and Keegans have 30 years of experience in retrofit on a wide range of building types from high-rise residential blocks to non-traditional low-rise homes as well as new build development.
