This workshop, hosted by the South East Consortium, has been designed to support Councils and Housing Associations in their understanding, knowledge and use of BIM.
Using existing templates and examples, the workshop will provide attendees with a road map for applying BIM and provide a clear understanding of how to use BIM to maximise capital expenditure.
The agenda will include a talk from Patrick King, Head of BIM Technologies at ECD Architects, a Best Practice exploration of how Westminster city Council is currently using BIM, as well as, roundtable breakout sessions for attendees to develop effective strategies for implementing BIM within their own organisations.
