We believe our people are our most valuable resource, and therefore as an organisation, we must invest in our people in order to develop and maintain the excellent standard of service that our customers expect. We strive to create a culture of learning throughout the business where individuals take responsibility in partnership with their line manager for their development.
We have an established CPD programme which is led at Director level to support our people in meeting their professional CPD requirements set out by RIBA to ensure our people keep up to date with the latest best practices, innovations and industry advances in their chosen profession.
We also hold companywide quarterly seminars, held away from the office, providing a forum to learn from each other and develop our business collectively.
All staff have their own training plans which are developed through their annual appraisals which are further supported by regular one-2-ones with their line managers.
We achieved Investors in People Accreditation in March 2017.
