Nadezda Kazakova
Senior Architect
Nadezda is a qualified architect with over eight years of experience in the construction industry. She has worked across all RIBA stages on projects spanning education, residential, workplace and community, master planning, and rail infrastructure, including the Stirling Prize-nominated London Bridge Station Redevelopment early in her career.
She has extensive experience leading the design and delivery of education projects procured through the Department for Education Construction Framework. In this role, Nadezda has collaborated closely with a range of stakeholders – school and college leaders, DfE representatives and contractor teams – guiding client engagement and supporting contractors throughout the delivery of new and refurbished education facilities.
Most recently, she has contributed to high-rise residential fire remediation projects in London, supporting clients with design coordination and liaising with Building Regulations Principal Designers under the new building safety regime.
Nadezda has a keen interest in natural and innovative materials and in holistic design, where sustainability drives every design decision. She enjoys developing projects through all design and construction stages, ensuring that early design concepts are grounded in robust technical and sustainable principles, while safeguarding their integrity through to delivery.
