Martin Rodriguez is a Senior Architect and Certified Passivhaus Designer with extensive experience leading project coordination between clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary consultant teams.
His expertise spans the delivery of both new-build Passivhaus developments and fire safety and building defects remediation projects for existing residential buildings. Martin has significant experience producing comprehensive Revit drawing packages, undertaking PHPP modelling, and supporting projects through the Passivhaus certification process with the Passivhaus Institute. His technical expertise includes PSI (thermal bridge) modelling, thermal bridge calculations, and U-value analysis.
Recognised for his specialist knowledge in Passivhaus design, Martin was invited by the Passivhaus Institute to contribute as a beta tester for the second iteration of the bim2PH software, helping to refine digital workflows for Passivhaus projects.
With experience across all RIBA work stages, Martin has delivered projects in the retail, residential, education, office, and mixed-use sectors. He specialises in technical design, BIM Level 2 project delivery, and the effective coordination and management of complex multidisciplinary teams.
