Dayle Wheeler

Dayle Wheeler is a Senior Architectural Technologist, certified Passivhaus Designer, and Retrofit Coordinator. He has over 10 years experience working in practices in Coventry, Manchester and London and became a chartered member of the CIAT in 2017. He has worked on projects across numerous sectors including residential, education, commercial and healthcare on projects ranging from masterplan feasibilities through to delivering complex high rise buildings on site.
Dayle has worked closely with clients, including local authorities, housing associations, and private developers as well as contractors ranging from small sub-contractors through to multi-national construction and engineer companies to deliver high quality, successful buildings. He has undertaken the Building Regulations Principal Designer role on a number of schemes and supported clients in understanding and fulfilling their own duties under the regulations.
Dayle has a particular interest in retrofit, natural materials, and fire safety, including how buildings can be improved with a holistic, whole-building approach taking into account how elements, interfaces and occupants interact.
