Davide Argentieri

Davide is a qualified architect, certified Passivhaus Designer and certified Retrofit Designer with over a decade of experience across a variety of sectors. He has extensive expertise in large-scale, complex projects, as well as the refurbishment, retrofit at scale and working with listed buildings.

Davide was among the first wave of students to take and the Retrofit Academy’s Retrofit Designer Certification course – making him one of the few, and amongst the very first, certified Retrofit Designers in the UK. Launched in September 2024 by the Retrofit Academy and built around the PAS 2035 framework, this course was the UKs first Retrofit Design course and sets the benchmark for best practice in the industry. Retrofit Designers lead the way in shaping energy-efficient homes, ensuring every detail – from design to material specification – is carefully planned to meet PAS 2035 standards.

With a focus upon Passivhaus design, net zero strategies, and low-energy retrofit, and Davide is currently playing a key role on our retrofit projects for Cambridge, Thanet, Thurrock and Wandle. His expertise helps shape energy-efficient homes, balancing sustainability with practical design solutions.
