Andy Chan

Andy is a part 2 architectural assistant working part-time with the ECD Glasgow team whilst pursuing his Master’s in Architecture at the University of Strathclyde.

Passionate about sustainable construction, Andy has explored innovative approaches to environmentally conscious design across residential, commercial, and public sectors. During his studies and his previous Part 1 placement year at ECD, Andy has developed a strong foundation in both design and technical understanding on larger projects such as our Bellsmyre Regeneration project. His experience in practice has deepened his knowledge of the architectural process, teamwork, and the technical complexities of the profession.

Still at an early stage in his career, he is eager to continue learning and refining his skills, with the ambition of shaping a more sustainable built environment.
