International Building, Royal Holloway University. This mixed facilities building on UCL’s Royal Holloway campus at Egham in Surrey contains cellular offices over 3 floors, seminar rooms, language laboratories and a café. Low energy features include high levels of insulation, passive solar design principles, sliding external shutters and cross ventilation. No air conditioning is required.
