This new build warehouse development consists of a terrace of small units for B1c industrial use. Recognising the need for small units in Cambridge, Kings Court communal external circulation and parking areas with well identified individual units.
Whilst having a common drainage system, each unit is separately serviced with M&E supplies, units can therefore be combined as necessary and party walls are nonstructural, giving flexibility of occupation and the possibility of growth of an occupier through time.
Units vary in size from 324m2 to 520m2.
