Mile End
Following a successful LB Tower Hamlets Stock Transfer ballot the British Estate has been transferred into the ownership of EastendHomes. The approved masterplan identified sites for six new buildings on five under utilised sites, the sale of which would cross-subsidise the improvement works to the existing estate.

The new buildings range in height from three to six storeys and are conceived as strong urban forms with a simple palette of materials including brick, render and grey terracotta cladding. All flats have access to private and communal amenity space.
