Bartley Point is a new build industrial development located on Osborn Way with excellent access to Junction 5 of the M3.
It was constructed as a new build development on a brown field site involving the demolition of existing buildings and the erection of new build “shed” industrial warehouse buildings with associated access roads, bicycle routes and footways, service and parking areas, balance pond and landscaping.
Created as a new build terrace of small ‘B1c’ units, Bartley Point provides 10 industrial warehouse buildings varying in size from 497m2 to 3,734m2. It has communal external circulation, parking areas, and signage which ensures the individual units are well identified within the whole.
