Altira is a substantial business park development in Kent including offices, industry, and housing. The building types include a scheme of small office units and small ‘B1c’ units.
Working closely with client Kitewood Estates, we masterplanned for the new development (building types, sizes and layout) to promote the best principles of sustainable design.
The site incorporates provision for on-site energy distribution systems, local electricity generation and renewable energy. Also provision for public transport, cycling and pedestrian links to the local town, with integrated landscape and sustainable drainage systems.
