More recognition for Bellsmyre!

Our Bellsmyre Regeneration project in Dumbarton has been shortlisted for Best Regeneration Project at the Inside Housing Development Awards 2026!
The £21m project for Caledonia Housing Association is delivering 204 new-build affordable homes as part of the wider regeneration of the Bellsmyre neighbourhood, helping to create high-quality homes and a renewed, connected community.
It is fantastic to see the project recognised once again and shortlisted alongside some of the UK’s leading housing and regeneration schemes.
The winners will be announced in November.
