Award news for Dalintober!
September 28, 2026
We are delighted that our Dalintober Regeneration project in Campbeltown has been shortlisted for Best Affordable Housing Development (Rural) at the Inside Housing Development Awards 2026.
Working with Argyll Community Housing Association Group, the project is regenerating the former Dalintober Estate to provide 37 new-build affordable homes, creating high-quality, energy-efficient housing for the local community.
The Inside Housing Development Awards celebrate the very best residential developments across the UK, recognising the projects and teams making a positive difference to communities.
Winners will be announced in November – fingers crossed!
