New Framework Appointment!

We are delighted to share that ECD Architects has been appointed to Lot 1 – Architectural Services of the Professional Services Framework jointly procured by Langstane Housing Association, Castlehill Housing Association, Grampian Housing Association, Angus Housing Association and Albyn Housing Group.
Operating across Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, Moray, Angus, Dundee and the Highlands, the five Housing Associations provide homes across a range of tenures and needs, including social and mid-market rent, low-cost home ownership, older persons’ housing and supported accommodation.
The Framework will support their ongoing new-build, conversion, refurbishment and regeneration programmes, providing access to professional expertise and enabling the Associations to respond quickly to new development and funding opportunities.
With sustainable housing and regeneration at the heart of our practice, we’re really pleased to have secured a place on the Framework and look forward to working with the Housing Associations to help deliver high-quality, sustainable and affordable homes and communities across Scotland.
