Bellsmyre Shortlisted in TWO Categories

Good news! Our Bellsmyre new build housing project for Caledonia Housing Association, constructed by CCG, has been shortlisted for The Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2026 in two categories:

The Herald Property Awards celebrate excellence and innovation across Scotlandโs residential and commercial property sectors, so itโs fantastic to see Bellsmyre recognised for its contribution to both affordable housing and the wider regeneration of the area.
The project is creating high-quality new homes as part of the ongoing transformation of the Bellsmyre neighbourhood, with a strong focus on creating a sustainable, welcoming and well-connected place for the community. See our website for more information and photos.
