The Digital Excellence category recognises organisations that are using digital technology to pioneer more innovative and higher-quality ways of delivering construction projects, including initiatives that improve design processes, streamline construction through digital information and manufacturing, or enhance building operation and performance through digital innovation.

Entries were judged against the following criteria:

• Innovation and the rationale behind the initiative
• Successful implementation, including collaboration across the project team
• Demonstrable benefits, including time and cost savings, supported by evidence where possible
• Scalability and the potential to benefit the wider industry
• Long-term impact, including sustainability and wider industry benefits
