Laura Boffardi appointed as Sustainability Lead

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Laura Boffardi as Sustainability Lead in our London office.

Laura is a Certified Passivhaus Designer and PHPP Expert with more than 17 years of international architectural experience, and a deep commitment to sustainable design. Her career has been shaped by a strong focus on the UN Sustainable Development Goals, inspired in part by her humanitarian work with Architects Without Borders.

Laura’s expertise spans energy modelling, thermal bridge analysis, biodiversity strategies, deep retrofit, and high-performance building envelopes, all critical to creating resilient, future-focused urban environments. In her new role, she will lead the integration of sustainability principles across our London projects while continuing to play an active role within the firm’s Sustainability Working Group. Her leadership will further strengthen our commitment to delivering innovative, low-carbon design solutions that respond to the challenges of modern urban development.
