At this event, James will explore the deep retrofit of two significant mid-century housing developments, demonstrating how Passivhaus EnerPHit principles can transform existing high-rise homes, improving comfort, reducing energy use, and extending building life.

Projects featured include:

• 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗺𝗰𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 (𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵) – a landmark, award-winning retrofit and one of the largest occupied buildings to target the EnerPHit standard globally
• 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 (𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗻) – a 23-storey tower reimagined to meet EnerPHit standards while enhancing community and sustainability outcomes
