We’re delighted to be appointed to the Rise Construction Framework

We are proud to announce our appointment to the Rise Construction Framework as one of just five suppliers selected for Group 12: Multi-disciplinary Consultancy Services.

Rise is a leading, socially driven framework providing a one-stop solution for capital works and consultancy services across the public sector. Operating across the North West, North Wales and Yorkshire & the Humber until March 2030, it supports the delivery of projects across housing, healthcare, education, local authorities and beyond.

Our appointment reflects the strength of our integrated, collaborative delivery model, bringing together a highly experienced team of partners:
ECD Architects, Keegans, Stephenson Halliday, Kendall Kingscott, Silcock Leedham, RoC Consulting, Evolve and Nature Positive.

Together, we offer a comprehensive, end-to-end consultancy service, covering everything from design, planning and programme management through to engineering, cost consultancy, building safety and sustainability. This enables clients to access seamless, coordinated expertise or individual specialist services, depending on project needs.

Rise’s commitment to social value, transparency and SME-led delivery strongly aligns with our own approach. With over 80% of its 97 supply partners being SMEs, the framework plays a key role in supporting local economies, creating jobs and delivering meaningful community outcomes alongside high-quality capital projects.
