Council Design Review Panel Appointments

We are pleased to share that Davide Argentieri has been appointed to both the Lambeth and Merton Design Review Panels.
Davide is a qualified architect, certified Passivhaus Designer and certified Retrofit Designer, with over a decade of experience across a wide range of sectors. His work spans large-scale, complex developments as well as the sensitive refurbishment and retrofit of existing and listed buildings, bringing together design excellence, sustainability and technical rigour.
He was among the very first cohort to complete the Retrofit Academy’s Retrofit Designer Certification — one of the UK’s first Retrofit Design courses, launched in September 2024 and built around the PAS 2035 framework. This pioneering programme sets the benchmark for best practice in retrofit, equipping designers to lead the delivery of high-quality, energy-efficient homes through a carefully coordinated, whole-building approach.
Davide’s appointments to both panels reflect his deep expertise in sustainable design, retrofit at scale and the delivery of complex projects, and we’re proud to see his knowledge contributing to the shaping of high-quality, climate-responsive places across London.
