Phase 1 complete at Bellsmyre

We were delighted to hand over the first 27 new homes at the Bellsmyre Regeneration project this week. Designed to Passivhaus principles and delivered to a high standard, these affordable homes prioritise energy efficiency, comfort and long-term sustainability, helping to create warm, secure and low-energy living environments for residents.

This first phase also establishes new public open spaces and pedestrian routes that connect seamlessly with the surrounding area. These connections will continue to develop through future phases of the masterplan, creating a growing network of social spaces and accessible routes for the wider community.

We’re looking forward to seeing the next phase get underway on site.
