Luxborough Street Shortlisted for the British Homes Awards

Good news! Luxborough Street has been shortlisted in the Apartment Development of the Year category for this year’s British Homes Awards!
The British Homes Awards celebrate excellence in architecture, interior design, and landscaping across the UK. Since launching in 1999, they have recognised projects that not only deliver high design quality but also genuinely improve the lives of residents and the wider community.
Luxborough Street is a new build development that helps address Westminster’s need for affordable housing. The new development provides 14 affordable homes arranged over six-stories, alongside a ground-floor community space.
In sharing the news, the organisers said they received “an amazing response to entries and the caliber of projects was exceptional, making the competition extremely tough – so huge congratulations on making it through to the shortlist!”
