This isn’t just another conference – it’s a key gathering of industry leaders, policymakers, and developers driving the transition to zero-emission buildings.
Gary will be taking the stage in the Exhibition Hall to discuss James Riley Point – our ambitious redevelopment of a 23-storey semi-derelict residential tower to the Passivhaus EnerPHit standard, transforming it into a vibrant, sustainable hub for its community.
With over a decade of architectural experience, Gary has worked across residential, retrofit & repurposing, retail, commercial, and education. His approach blends concept and technical design to create high-quality, sustainable schemes that put people and communities first.
