Good news! We’re thrilled to share that our Big Retrofit project for Skipton Building Society has been shortlisted for the 2025 Unlock Net Zero Awards — in FOUR categories!

- Project Innovation of the Year – Community Retrofit
- Retrofit Project of the Year – North and Scotland
The Unlock Net Zero Awards celebrate climate action and innovation across the housing sector — and we’re proud to see the Big Retrofit recognised for its wide-reaching impact. This project explores not only the practicalities and costs of retrofitting homes, but also how retrofit might influence long-term value and quality of life for residents.
