We’re delighted that Bowhill Housing has been shortlisted for the Unlock Net Zero Awards 2025 in the category of “Retrofit Project of the Year – North and Scotland.”
These awards celebrate climate action and innovation across the housing sector — and we are proud to see Bowhill recognised for its contribution. The project transformed the site of the historic Old Miners’ Institute in Cardenden into ten high-quality, affordable homes.
