ECD Managing Director James Traynor is going to be the chair of the next Retrofit Skills Think Tank organised by Energy Plus Academy.

Energy Plus is an exciting new initiative by the London School of Economics (LSE) and the National Communities Resource Centre, supported by the Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust. They organise Think Tanks around key themes, highlighting both how we are contributing to climate change and the ways we can combat climate change and reduce its impacts.

This workshop will explore how we can retrofit our homes to reach net-zero. The Think Tank will enable those who attend to learn from experts how we can deliver retrofit in social housing, share experiences and leave with practical solutions.

It is taking place from the 28th of February to the 1st of March at Trafford Hall in Chester, a 250-year old carbon-neutral building, with 100% renewable energy and organic gardens.
