ECD Architects Appointed as Passivhaus Designers to City of Edinburgh Council Framework

We are pleased to announce ECD Architects has been appointed as Passivhaus Designers to the City of Edinburgh Council Professional Services Framework. The City of Edinburgh Council’s £95m professional services framework is geared to support the delivery of state-of-the-art new schools, early years centres, sports facilities and affordable homes across Edinburgh. The framework Passive House Design Services lot is to provide full passive house consultancy including defining and achieving the project goals, design development from concept, feasibility through to in-use, preparing the project brief, stakeholder consultation and engagement.
