ECD appointed as BIM Consultants for BeFirst

We are delighted to confirm our appointment as BIM Consultants to BeFirst on a two-year consultancy agreement.

This consultancy support will enable BeFirst to utilise BIM on all projects and improve their ability to extract, manage, store and utilise building information on their current development pipeline, and ultimately their existing assets.

Starting with a pilot project of 26 homes ECD will support BeFirst in developing all necessary standards in line with BIM protocols. This work will include training of BeFirst staff in BIM Management to upskill their in-house development and asset management teams as part of a wider digital transformation.
