Loreana Padron Promoted to Associate Director

ECD are pleased to announce that Loreana has been promoted to Associate Director.
As an Associate Director, Loreana will be responsible for managing a team of architects, technologists and assistants and will continue to lead multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of projects with a high standard of design and quality.
Together with the directors, Loreana will also be responsible for the strategic direction of the practice, its design ethos, quality management systems and marketing plans.
Loreana will continue her role as Head of Sustainability, making certain that all projects go through a detailed Sustainability Review at every RIBA stage to ensure that all sustainability aspects are undertaken at the right time of the design process, providing value to the project and the client. Loreana, who has a Master in Sustainability and is a Certified Passivhaus Designer, will continue to champion sustainability and low-energy design within the practice.
Loreana (ARB/RIBA) has over eleven years of professional experience working within the construction industry, on a variety of projects mainly in the residential, commercial and education sectors, both for new build and refurbishments.
