ECD Designs for Haringey Infill Housing given the Green Light

We are pleased to announce that the first series of the Haringey Infill sites achieved planning approval on Tuesday.

This will be the first housing that Haringey have built in many years and kick off the council’s infill programme which will provide over 100 new homes giving more families a modern, high-quality place to live.

Nine family homes in four spots across the borough were approved by the council’s Planning Committee last night (Tuesday 28 October), with construction due to start next spring.

The plans include one home for private sale, which will help fund the other developments and ensure that the other eight properties are offered at a social rent by the council. The new homes approved by the committee include:
