ECD appointed to Circle Housing Framework

We are pleased to announce that ECD has been successfully placed on the Circle Housing- Framework for Architectural services (Lot 1: South East). Circle Housing is one of England’s largest housing associations who provide, manage and maintain over 70,000 properties and provides services to around 200,000 people across England through nine Group partners. It has appointed practices in three regions – South East, West Midlands and East of England to help to deliver 6,000 new homes over the next five years.
Over 100 organisations responded to the two stage competitive tendering process to join the framework. ECD were one of sixteen firms appointed to the London and South East region which covers all of the London Boroughs, Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex.
ECD has over 34 years’ experience of the regeneration process, working with communities, local authorities, RSLs and developers.
